About Jesse Carpenter:

Jesse Carpenter has been involved in woodworking, cabinet design, and historic restoration for over thirty years.

While in high school, he was taught to play classical guitar and now, semi-retired, has decided to focus on making guitars. The opportunity to be innovative with steel string acoustic guitars is much greater than with classical guitars. As such, he constructs steel string acoustic guitars that are quite unusual; this carries over to very non-classical nylon as well as standard classical guitars.
